Inspection Party by Ferris
In 1988, Keith Ferris was invited by the Military Airlift Command to join an inspection trip to the National Science Foundation science base at McMurdo Sound, South Antarctica. The C-141 they arrived in is shown on the ice with some of the shy, waist-high Emperor penguins that inhabit the region. This view, from the penguins' perspective, gives rise to the question, who is inspecting whom?
